Legal Quality report
From the start, quality management has been fixed firmly in our corporate vision. We are continuously checking the quality of our work and developing it further.
In 2001, the administrative department "Quality Management" was set up and assigned to the CEO to co-ordinate all efforts of the "Pfalzklinikum" to assure a high quality in treatment, care and service.
"Our best references are satisfied patients and residents" the corporate vision says.
In the legal quality report that is updated every two years important key figures and aspects of therapy are published, amongst other things, to give all interested visitors of our website an overview of the performance of our clinical centre - prescribed in this form by the German legislator.

KTQ quality report
In October 2005, the "Pfalzklinikum" had the quality of its work checked by an independent certification office. Experts of the KTQ examined and evaluated the "Pfalzklinikum". The abbreviation of this non-profit limited company stands for cooperation, transparency and quality. Among the founding members of the KTQ are the German Medical Association, the „Deutsche Pflegerat" (German Nursing Council), the federation of German health insurance and substitute funds and the German Hospital Federation.
In 2011, the "Pfalzklinikum" got itself certified again.
Since the report was written the "Pfalzklinikum" has developed itself further so that the report does not include current improvements. You can find the latest information for example at "Contact us", "Help and treatment" and "Press".
