Our corporate vision
The corporate vision expresses form the employers´, executives´, manager´s and administrative board´s point of view
- our tasks and the range of services offered
- our idea of humankind and ethics
- our treatment and support possibilities
- our staff orientation and understanding of leadership role
- our ambitions regarding quality, efficiency and ecology
- The principles recorded in the corporate vision serve as basic orientation and provide a framework. They refer to the present work.
Simultaneously, they point out perspectives for further development at all levels. The high level of suspense between what is and what should be obliges all to continuously reconsider their attitude and the manner how they fulfil their tasks. The corporate vision has been developed in a dialogue in which more than four hundred employees, executives, the chief executive officer and the administrative board took part. Each year, it is revised and developed further. To define the corporate vision more concretely the "Pfalzklinikum" has developed several guidelines that are valid company-wide.
