Locations
Besides the ancestral home in Klingenmünster, the "Pfalzklinikum" runs hospitals and facilities in Dahn, Kaiserslautern, Kusel, Landau, Maikammer, Pirmasens, Rockenhausen, Rodalben, Speyer and Wörth-Maximiliansau.
The "Pfalzklinikum" comprises the following facilities and departments:

Numbers
- The hospital has 1008 beds and treatment places.
- Each year, about 20,000 patients are treated and psychologically supported in inpatient, day-care and outpatient departments.
- With approx. 1,500 employees in circa 1,300 full-time positions the "Pfalzklinikum" is the largest employer of the region.
Primary and continuing education
The "Pfalzklinikum" is an Academic Teaching Hospital of the Johannes-Gutenberg University of Mainz.
Furthermore, we offer continuing education to the full extent for males and females as:
- doctor for psychiatry and psychotherapy and
- doctor for child and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy
- nurse specialist for psychiatry
- qualified medical employee for child and youth psychiatry
We offer apprenticeship for females and males as:
- nurses and mental health nurses
- disability support workers
- office clerks
- health care management assistants
Quality management
By the end of 2005, the "Pfalzklinikum" received the certification of the German "Cooperation for transparency and quality in the health care system" (KTQ).
