In the rolling hills of the Southern Wine Route there is the "Pfalzklinikum" – at the foot of Landeck Castle.
This region looks like Tuscany and is again and again praised as one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany. There are many castle ruins, castles and cosy inns in idyllic places.
Dense forests alternate with vineyards in sunny areas.
The climate is the mildest in all Germany. Due to the large number of sunny days, the regional wines have an especially good reputation.
Last but not least, the Alsace with its famous Lucullan attractions is not far away.
Klingenmünster – surrounded by centres
The region surrounding the "Pfalzklinikum" has a good infrastructure. In centres such as Landau there are all types of secondary schools and plenty of leisure time activities where you can find relaxation.
On the excellent road network you reach the autobahn in about 10 minutes taking you to the nearby cities of Kaiserslautern, Karlsruhe, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim and Heidelberg with their huge variety of cultural and educational activities.
