The hotline is operating Monday to Thursday 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Should you not be able to reach us during the operating hours because we are, for example, advising another person looking for help, we will call you back provided that you leave us a message with your telephone number on the answering machine.

Our competent hotline experts for eating disorders will be glad to advise you by phone.

In the long term, we want to offer an address exchange market for self-help groups via this hotline. We advise you, we make recommendations for further reading, we name addresses of specialized psychotherapists, physicians and hospitals.
