Bearing in mind the increasing competition and the speed of changes, our ambitious objectives present a challenge for the whole "Pfalzklinikum". They call for flexibility and require motivated employees who are ready to assume responsibility. The continuous willingness to learn and abandon traditional routines becomes a decisive competitive factor. In other words: Ongoing professional training in the company is hugely important.
Therefore the Institute for Continuing Education and Additional Professional Training aims at offering all employees of the institution a forum where they can prepare themselves for new, more differentiated and more sophisticated contents of daily work.
